What is the relationship between Trust and Love?

Confidence and Love

I want to discuss two words: Trust and Love. Both seem appropriate in the light of recent unfortunate events. Here are two questions for you to consider. Is trust giving or receiving? And second, is it love to give or receive? And since I have two questions, I must confess a third. What is the connection between trust and love?

What is Trust?

Trust is the ability to dispose ourselves and leave another person or group of people; act or make a decision believing that they will work in a positive way to achieve the purpose that has been established and make the best decision.

Trust in Love

Once we have answered the first question, then we can say that trust serves as the pinion for love, the base, the rock on which love is built. And there is no doubt, that is what the world needs now.

So, what does it mean to trust? To love? The question goes back to the beginning of time. In Christianity, the first Adam trusted Eve. He had no reason not to trust her. Sanson had no reason not to trust Delilah. César, although he warned that he should take care of the "idus of March", had no reason to distrust Brutus. Everyone found their trust betrayed. What happens when trust is betrayed?

Damage Trust in Love

To love, one must trust that the other will promote their well-being and happiness. By violating trust, love is lost, and may never come back. If it does, it may not be at the same level of security as before. How do you recover it? Earn it? Yes! You have to make regular installments as you would in your bank account. And then maybe, when the account has been active for a while, trust can come back. If it does, it will be in the name of love. It is trust that engenders harmony and peace; It is trust that engenders that love that every human being seeks.

Meaning of Love or say I love you

Specialists remind us that we must do everything possible to create a reality based on love. In doing so, we must realize that it is a "moment-by-moment matter". So, how do you love yourself? First let's see if we can come up with a definition ... I love chocolate, the Mariners, the mystery novels. I love my pet. Love, Love, Love. And not an ounce of understanding of what it really means to say "I love you." The word, Love, has been so overused that it has become almost empty. So, how do we take something that has almost lost its meaning and how can we give it? We can also ask this question about trust.

The True Meaning of Trust

Trust is giving. Love is giving ... Are you able to give confidence when one of the two has erred and violated the established conditions? Is it necessary to read the fine print to know if you are trustworthy? Is not that what prenuptial agreements or pre-assigned responsibilities are in a relationship: "good printing conditions"? Trust is giving .

The True Meaning of Love

The musical muses tell us that 'love is a very splendid thing'. We are told that "love is what makes the world go" and we are told that "love is the greatest thing". However, do we not impose restrictions on its natural flow? Do not we have reservations because love is an unconditional commitment? After all, conditional love can not be turned on and off ? A conditioned love requires one of the partners to do something that pleases the other. At the simplest level, a child picks up his toy from the ground because his mother says, "How sweet, I love you, darling." The message conveyed by such behavior is that one must win love. People who are perfectionists and those who are complacent people have probably experienced conditional love and have never felt love. They have not experienced that unconditional commitment . What Deprivation!

When Love is Selfish

The problem is that I dare to ask for commitment to what? To the faith that love will be returned? If we analyze this attitude, we can deduce that we are selfish . In Christianity, it is recalled that "faith to move mountains" is worthless without love. We are told that even philanthropy without love lacks spirituality. In Love, we give to others. That is the essence of philanthropy; It is the essence of faith and must be the basis for our interaction with others. When one loves, there has been a choice: an expressed desire made for the happiness of another person. What we call benevolence. Commitment, then, is personal behavior that reflects benevolence.

Benevolence and Altruism

Do not confuse benevolence with altruism. Altruism dictates that you sacrifice yourself for the benefit of others; That is, their needs claim their actions and behavior and even their life. Benevolence allows; value relationships with other people . Benevolence does not rest on the misfortunes of others ; While altruism seems to be directed by that fact. The simple act of giving someone the benefit of the doubt creates a path for benevolent behavior, the opportunity to demonstrate the value of unconditional love. When that love is a commitment to a personal behavior that derives value from life itself, from interaction.

Now that you know the close relationship that exists between trust and love; we encourage you to take care of that treasure that does not stand out or stand out but that really is special; Trust if you work every day allows you to establish strong ties; heal wounds and save relationships .
